Description: Found in Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama in wet lower mountain forests from elevations of 1200 to 1500 meters. Has been growing in partial sun as a small to medium sized, warm to hot growing orchid. This plant has delicate stems that can produce plantlets all along up and down is growths. Has shiny leaves that have a wet, dry growing pattern that require high humidity, and water throughout the year. But requires less when mature and will bloom on a terminal, few to many flowered inflorescence occurring in the late winter, spring and early summer. It can be easily found in fruit trees near habitation. Flower Size less than 1 1/2". You are browsing on a blooming size plant. These plants are at least 3 years old and are very well established.
